In this policy, terms “you” or “user” refers to the reader or customer. Whereas terms “us”, “we” and “our” refers to the company, “AZPrime”.

 

We have developed this policy for the convenience and safety of both parties’ rights in relation to the efforts, time and money consumed in the initiating and concluding of this policy and/or agreement.

 

AZPrime is committed to provide high-quality services to its clients with every purchase of services. We also understand that in some cases you may want to cancel the service or ask for a refund of the money submitted for any service. Most of our services comes with a 45-days money back guarantee. However, certain terms and conditions may apply on the claims of service cancellation or refunds, including:

 

1- You should come accompanied with a proof of service purchase at the time of cancellation or refund.

2- If you have discarded or misplaced the original receipt, you would have to sign a copy or an exchange note against your acquired service (s).

3- You must present a valid reason of why you want to cancel the service.

In some cases, a formal application for the cancellation or refund will be required.

4- Service received is not as described or agreed

5- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment

Non-refundable or Non-cancellable services may include:

 

1- Customized or special services tailored for a customer

2- Cancellation or refund after a valid period of 30 days – extra charges may apply after it

3- You received the required service but still want to cancel it

4- Cancellation of a service through email – until and unless approved by us.

Customer can cancel their order within 48 hour Cancellation time Frame; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
